4C Homes Expands Reach With New Land Acquisition 🗾

We are excited to announce that we have successfully exchanged contracts to acquire an acre of land a few mins down the road to our flagship site in Madeley, Telford. Known as Jackfield, the site has outline planning consent for 9 luxurious bespoke homes.

Following an abundance of interest at Alver Court, we were keen to expand our reach and provide further homes in the highly sought-after commuter town of Ironbridge.

Located on the south bank of River Severn in the Ironbridge Gorge of Shropshire, the Jackfield site is situated immediately south of 4C Homes Alver Court. Jackfield is positioned less than 3.2 miles from the centre of Telford town, and is within immediate reach of the M54 and A5. Work is due to start on site in early 2021 with homes launching for sale in the summer.
